Highlands

If you are wanting to stay in the highlands of Scotland, we recommend staying in either Aberdeen to see the wonderful countryside and castles of Aberdeenshire or staying at the capital of the highlands which is Inverness. Both places offer amazing short trips outside of the city and interesting things to do within the city as well. 

Lowlands

You must stay in Edinburgh for at least two night while exploring the beautiful area of Scotland. Everything is easy to get to on foot, so it really doesn't matter where you stay in the city!
